Fox River Partners is a private investment firm founded by Joe Ritchie and Keith Dickson after Joe sold Chicago Research & Trading to NationsBank (now Bank of America) in 1993. The firm maintains a 29 year track record of purposeful and diligent Real Estate investments. Our mission is to provide superior risk adjusted returns for our limited partners by using thorough diligence, research and patience to capitalize on favorable market conditions.

Strategy

Fox River is highly selective in their investment criteria. Our core focus is to capitalize on real estate market dislocations by developing market timed investment strategies often with multiple reinvestment opportunities.

After gaining 29 years of investment expertise, Fox River has learned the key to success is superior front-end due diligence, sponsorship and management to liquidation.

We target equity investments between $1-25 million on a per deal basis and platform strategies up to $50 million in equity.
